Mr. and Mrs. Glenn A. Tuomi of Northborough, Mass., have announced the engagement of their daughter, Adrianna Debra Tuomi, to Michael Andrew Tyskiewicz.
Ms. Tuomi graduated in 2006 with a BA from Providence College in Rhode Island and received a master’s degree in social work in 2007 from Simmons College in Boston, Mass. She is a clinical coordinator for You, Inc. in Worcester, Mass.
Michael Andrew Tyskiewicz is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew T. Tyskiewicz of Manchester.
Mr. Tyskiewicz is the grandson of Doris Curtis of Manchester and the late William Curtis; also Camille Tyskiewicz of Manchester and the late Ted Tyskiewicz.
He graduated in 2006 with a BA from Providence College and is pursuing a master’s degree in social work at Springfield College in Mass. He is a teacher for Vernon Public Schools.
The couple will be married in the summer of 2010.
WALL & GREGONIS
Sarah Elizabeth Gregonis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Gregonis of Tolland, Conn., was married to Ryan Patrick Wall, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Wall of Weymouth, Mass., on Aug. 16, 2008, at the Church of St. Matthew in Tolland.
Fr. James Carini and Fr. Joseph Chako officiated at the Mass. The marriage ceremony was performed by Deacon Joseph Canova.
The maid of honor was Kate Wall and the bridesmaids were Stephanie Asconeguy, Jennifer Fucci, Jennifer Hall, Kathleen Humphries, Jennifer Kirby, and Alyssa Miller.
The best man was Joseph Canova Jr. and the groomsmen were Philip Hunt, Richard Mates, James Monroe, Michael Tantillo, James Tapley, and Paul Thomas.
The bride received a BA degree from Susquehanna University and an MA degree from Wheelock College. She is a fifth-grade teacher in Newton, Mass.
The groom received an MS degree from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and currently is sailing as an officer with the Merchant Marines.
Following a wedding reception at The Sturbridge Host Hotel in Sturbridge, Mass., the bride and groom left on a honeymoon trip to Aruba. They are residing in Braintree, Mass.
